This website is a shop window, not a shop. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms, so your visit leaves nothing behind for us to hold. The whole policy fits below.
What this website collects
Nothing. There is no login, no basket, no comment box and no form to fill in. We set no cookies and run no analytics, so we cannot see who you are, where you came from or which pages you read. Even the typefaces are served from this site rather than fetched from a third party, so reading these pages calls nobody else’s servers on our behalf.
What you send us yourself
The only information that ever reaches us is what you choose to send: a phone call, or a message to one of our social accounts. We use it to answer the question, quote the piece from your photograph or book the repair, and for nothing else. There is no mailing list to end up on, because we do not keep one.
A photograph sent in for a quote stays between you and the counter. How that quoting works is on the custom orders page.
Where the links lead
This site links out to a few places: our listing on Google Maps, and our accounts on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Once you tap through, you are on their pages under their privacy policies, not this one.
If anything changes
If a booking form or anything like it ever arrives here, this page will say so first, in the same plain words. The terms this site is offered on are kept just as short.
